The details no matter how intricate it maybe, is not lost to the eye but in this piece you have achieve quite a unity between the different shapes and lines and they each compliment each other so well..This is a beautiful piece...Will fav it in time: )

That looks really cool. I like the impact of the one big eye, and the background details just keep on adding to the piece. It seems to have a kind of Eye of Ra feel about it, with the "tail" extending down from it making it quite good.

Just one observation: your artists comments say "size 14x17. Microns" That second bit isn't a reference to the units for the 14x17 is it? Cause a 14micrometer drawing would kick ass...

sorry about the confusion. 14X17 is inches. microns are the pens.

I was making a joke of it, I've seen references to "Microns" pens before. I just thought it was funny that you put it just after the area description...

The contrast is excellent, and the 3D style is fantastic - the complexity makes this drawing impossible to turn away from. Fantastic job - definitely my favorite of the ones you showed me.

its amazing how prominent and persistent Eyes are in abstract works. To me they seem to be a symbol of art and the way it is perceived and relayed through our collective unconcious.
